James Dabill Age: 21 Home Town: Leeds Machine: Beta

Being a Leeds boy, James Dabill is sure to have huge support from the thousands of Yorkshire trials fans who will be packing the arena on the night.
James is every inch in the mould of ‘local boy makes good’. 

Since being picked out by the respected Italian Top Trial Team, run by Ricardo Bosi, the man who used to fettle Dougie Lampkin’s World Championship-winning Betas, Dabill has gone from strength to strength, winning the World Junior Cup including a memorable Championship celebration with a win at Hawkstone in front of his home crowd. 

He then followed this up with a points scoring ride when he moved up for his first ride over the full World Championship course in Germany.

For 2007 James moved to the Italian Future TRW montessa trials team run by ex world champion contender Diego Bosis. A fantastic year for James winning the Scottish Six Days and for good measure the only british championship trial he entered. He rides the italian trials championship for his sponsors and looks well on the way to winning that also. A move up to No8 in the world sealed a cracking year. NOW FOR THE INDOOR SEASON!
